The story of a living partnership that brings lasting results. Today — UAH 1.6 million for the community. A year ago at this time, the “Academy of Project Management and International Cooperation” by Cities4Cities had just launched.
The Apostolove community (Dnipropetrovsk region), one of the participating communities in the mentorship project, received equipment — solar panels and hybrid inverters for two pumping and filtration stations — from the Swiss company BKW, worth over UAH 1.6 million.
This equipment will help ensure uninterrupted access to water for residents of the community.
The project was developed by the community together with mentor Oleksandr Karpenko. Thanks to their synergy, we now see the excellent results of a project completed six months ago.
Let us remind you that 15 selected communities participated in the “Academy of Project Management” They received mentorship support from top practitioners in local project implementation. The communities worked on a portfolio of priority projects and established international contacts to implement them.
