II Swedish-Ukrainian Municipal Partnership Forum

The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) and its international development organization, SALAR International, invite you to participate in the Second Swedish-Ukrainian Municipal Partnership Forum.
Since 2014, SALAR has actively supported local governance and decentralization reforms in Ukraine, contributing to the development of a stronger and more resilient nation. Following the full-scale Russian invasion, SALAR co-founded the Cities4Cities initiative, which fosters long-term partnerships between Ukrainian and international municipalities. In Sweden alone, 40 new municipal partnerships have been established since 2022.
